JD Homes (ACT) Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated residential construction company servicing the ACT and surrounding regions.  We are not only focused on building houses, but building the perfect homes for our clients, customised to suit their unique needs.  JD Homes prides itself on being a customer focused company with distinctive designs and quality finishes.  We have built a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic tradesmen that uphold our company values and quality workmanship.

With over 10 years experience in the industry, our Director has extensive knowledge and expertise in building custom, functional and high quality homes.  We differentiate ourselves with our client process where each client deals directly with the Director for the entirety of the build.  This partnership commences from the designing and quoting stage, right through to the completion of the project.  We ensure each project is kept to our high standard without including any involvement with a foreman or site manager.

JD Homes operates a Display Home, ‘The Morrison’ in the Googong Display Village.  This four bedroom, open plan design is offered in variations to suit different sized blocks.  Due to COVID-19, we are currently operating as Appointment Only so get into contact with us today to book your viewing.
