Understand the shape, size and easements of your block. This allows you to understand the complete space that we must work with and makes it a lot easier to design a floor plan that capitalises on your block of land.
Step Two
Attend an appointment with Jimmy, our Director to get an understanding of the home you would like to build. We will use your brief to design a home for you, that meets your requirements while staying within your budget . This is an opportunity to discuss family size, needs, features you must have and any other items you feel are important in the design and layout of your home.
Step Three
Finalising a home design and layout, with the help of our partner architect to ensure we are building your dream home!
Step Four
Now it’s time for us to provide you with a quote for your new home. We give an accurate figure where you can be confident that the quote incorporates all the details and inclusions we have discussed so there are no surprises.
Step Five
We will apply for your building permit while you start thinking of your colour palette, tile selection and the overall look of your home. Unsure of what you like? Let us know and we can assist in designing you free mood boards to work with!
Step Six
We are ready to go! This step is where we demolish the home and commence the building process. Let the fun begin!
