The brief
A knock down rebuild in Curtin, replacing an ageing home on a well positioned inner south block with a design suited to how the owners live now.
Keeping the location meant keeping the established street, the mature trees and the school catchment, while gaining a floor plan, insulation and finish level that a renovation could not deliver.
